RETURNSAs each of our dresses are tailor made to the individual, we can not accept returns for a change of mind. We guarantee our dresses to be free from manufacturing faults. If the dress has a manufacturing fault, we will remake the dress for you. If the dress is damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
NO SHIPPING CHARGES FOR OUR DRESSES WORLDWIDEEach of our dresses come with complimentary worldwide shipping. Each of our dresses is posted using EMS, so it can be tracked from dispatch to ensure a safe delivery. For our other items, within Australia, we use Australia Post. We also provide complimentary postage for these domestically. If you are outside of Australia, please contact us if you wish to make a purchase so that correct shipping costs can be calculated.
CANCELLATIONSIf you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the item ordered is a dress, and the making of the dress has not yet commenced, cancellation will not incur costs. If the making of the dress has commenced, a pro rata refund may be able to be organised. If the item ordered is one of our other items, cancellation is required within 24hours. If the item has been shipped, you will be charged for return shipping. Once the item has been returned intact, you will be refunded the money less a cancellation fee.
LAYBY/LAYAWAY CANCELLATIONSIf you wish to cancel a layby/layaway, please contact us as soon as possible. There may be a cancellation fee, dependant on how far into creation your dress is.
TAXESTailoredWeddingDresses does not charge sales, GST or import taxes. In the unlikely event of taxes being charged, the customer is responsible for these costs. However, do contact us prior to the payment of these charges.
HIRING YOUR WEDDING DRESSYou may choose any premium wedding dress in our catalogue, and we will tailor the dress to your fittings. We ask for a security deposit. Once the big day has passed, and the dress is returned to us in a professionally cleaned, and as new condition, the security will be return (less the hire fee). Each dress has a different hire fee, so should you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. The bride is responsible for the cleaning and return postage costs.
WHOLESALEIf you are a company specialising in bridal gowns, whether this be on or offline, we would be happy to offer you our wholesale prices. We have no minimum order. We offer free international dress shipping. We guarantee our workmanship. We are not responsible for any taxes or other charges due irregardless of country.
